IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TUITION FEE PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancellations before 15/12/2025 will incur a AU$ 150 cancellation fee, balance to be refundable or transferable
Cancellations between 16/12/2025 and 12/1/2026 are non-refundable but may be transferred
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable and non-transferable

ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION FEES:
The accommodation package cost is to be paid to The Journey in addition to your tuition costs
A payment of 100% of the total accommodation cost is required 30 days before arrival (12/1/2026).
The client can cancel the room up to 30 days before the arrival date without a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellations after 13/1/2026, no show, departure before the agreed, or arrival after the agreed, 100% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
